Job Description


SUMMARY
Responsible for enforcing and monitoring the Carlisle Interconnect Technologies (CIT) Division travel policy and supporting employees in their day-to-day travel related needs. Acts as a liaison with Division contracted vendors, ground transportation and lodging. Advise employee's as a travel and expense subject matter expert. Review and approve SAP Concur transactions to ensure policy compliance. Provide educational presentations for employees on policies and monitor costs. This position handles all travel and expense related problems, provide a high-level of customer service, by ensuring travel and expense related logistical operations run smoothly. Responsible for ensuring system functionality remains current. Provide reporting to travelers and managers and VP of Finance. This role may require after hours work for emergencies.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

* Responsible for travel and expense system administration.
* Monitors daily booking of flights, hotel and car accommodations to ensure compliance.
* Process all company passport and visa applications.
* Assist with trade show and large event logistics.
* Book or oversee all complex international trips for compliance and cost savings.
* Administers and monitors the travel budget and ensures travel accommodations are within budget.
* Act as company "help desk", provide training and answer questions.
* Create and maintain training material.
* Deliver training presentations to large audiences several times a year.
* Maintains intranet SharePoint site with relevant information.
* Assists in booking guest travel and prepay requests.
* Act as company credit card and P-Card administrator.
* Create all new Concur profiles and maintain existing profiles.
* Audit expense reports.
* Set up and maintain monthly reports.
* Negotiate hotels for yearly cost savings.
* Accounting administration which includes maintenance of organizational structure cost centers.
* Complete financial entries, maintain internal controls and complete postings.
* Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
* Process cash reimbursements.
* Knowledge of SAP Concur.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

* Associates degree; equivalent combination of education/experience considered.
* 3+ years of SAP Concur experience, including scheduling travel and expense administration.
* Manufacturing environment experience a plus.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
