We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Mead, NE

The Territory Sales Manager will primarily focus on new business development, securing new accounts and projects, directly manage key territory accounts, and collaborating with a small team of independent sales reps.  This territory will cover the Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, and South Dakota regions. 

Overnight Travel – 40-60%

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop individual Territory Development Plan focused on key market segments and targeted growth accounts.
  • Plan daily, weekly and monthly activities that will ensure success of the territory plan.
  • Insulfoam insulation product line focus for this role will include roofing, below grade, wall and geofoam products. Sales efforts will be spent primarily in these areas.
  • Call on new and existing distributors with an emphasis on establishing new distribution partners and channels.
  • A minimum of 35% of sales calls will be spent on targeted contractors in the geography.Primarily focused on roofing and waterproofing applicators.
  • Perform technical sales presentations as needed to Specifiers, Insulfoam distributors and contractors.
  • Deliver project-specific support to installers and design professionals to assure effective specification and delivery of systems.
  • Communicate regional sales activities and regional market activity to the Regional Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 5 years of Sales experience in construction products industry; preferably in commercial roofing.
  • 3 years of experience in a hunting sales role.
  • This candidate must be an independent worker, have strong communication skills, and time management skills.
