Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


• Create, maintian & enhance excellent distributor & customer support/service.
• Respond to distributor & end user' inquiries regarding technical issues relative to Carlisle Fluid Technologies Products, including product specifications, trouble shooting & product recommendations.
• Partner with Account Managers to provide best-in-class technical support to distributors and end users
• Support customer training, application lab demonstrations, and field service team as needed
• Assist in updating product catalogs and literature.
• Perform other related responsibilities as needed and assigned.




• Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Call center experience a plus
• Able to work 9:00am -- 6:00pm shift
• Able to work flexible schedule (may be some overtime)
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Mechanically inclined
• Able to read blue prints (drawings)
• Able to comprehend our complex product line in a relatively short time frame
• Good communication skills -- written & verbal
• Above average listening and problem solving skills
• Maintain professional demeanor under pressure
• Outgoing, coachable and able to work independently and in a team environment
