We arelooking for a Systems Analyst to join our IT Business Systems team in Carlisle,PA

The CRM Systems Analyst position will work closely with thebusiness to collect business requirements, review, approve and implement designchanges. This position will also work with consulting expertise when customsolutions are required.  In addition, theCRM Systems Analyst will lead project teams providing technical and functionalguidance and will independently drive outcomes to meet the business needswithin Microsoft Dynamics. The CRM Systems Analyst will provide expert levelsupport for operational problem resolution.

Travelrequirements up to 25% to support our U.S. locations when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Independently work with the business to find standard and/or custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Will serve as Project Manager on projects that require project teams to complete
  • Maintain, create and expand on the existing CRM platform
  • Elicit detailed functional / business requirements from users
  • Systems design, implementation and support for building processes, configuration, development, testing and documentation for the CRM application
  • Develop dashboards, views and charts
  • Develop and run queries
  • Collaborate and work with others within IT on open projects as well as strategically evaluate where the CRM would benefit current operational processes
  • Support marketing initiatives via the integrated Marketo platform
  • Troubleshoot business issues as they arise


Job Requirements:

  •  Three to five years of Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce support experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related fields
  • Proven ability to provide leadership and engage effectively with multiple levels of business stakeholders
  • Ability to manage projects/teams, plan, organize and coordinate work assignments
