Job Description

The responsibility of this position is to maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data communications network. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation. They would also work with other Carlisle companies for IT support. This person needs to have excellent end-user (customer) support and service skills and to be committed to follow-through and resolution, as necessary.

Specific Duties:

Support Active Directory Management

Troubleshoot user issues and provide customer support

Support Office 365 Email Set Up/ Management

Single sign-on via Okta and/or Intune

Network Infrastructure setup, monitor and troubleshoot

Administer VM Ware Hosts & Virtual Machines

Microsoft server 2008-2016 setup, management & support

Setup & Monitor server backups and ensure high level completion success rate.

Dell Compellent SAN Management

SCCM Server Management

Wireless Network Set Up and Support

Timeclock support & setup

Promote and enforce Security policies and standards.

Provide Telephone System & cell phone support

On call support -- we rotate weekend on call support between the IT staff members.

Manage, lead, own and/or participate in IT projects and tasks as outlined by management.

Responsible for the confidentiality of all company and client information. Confidentially is protected at all times by adhering to company security guidelines.

Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience of computers, networks

and operating systems. At least 3-4 years help desk experience and experience managing IT projects.
