We are looking for a Regional HR Manager to join our Organizational Development team in Carlisle, PA

The Regional HR Manager will be primarily supporting our manufacturing operations in the East and responsible for managing and facilitating human resource activities in these locations. The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for working with managers and employees to provide an employee oriented culture involving high standards related to quality, productivity, employee engagement, employee relations, safety, performance goal attainment, development and recruitment of well qualified candidates. This individual will coordinate implementation of company benefits, policies and programs in partnership with the management team. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the management team and employees surrounding HR policies & procedures, payroll administration, and benefit administration for our Eastern manufacturing locations.
  • Serving as primary contact for employee relations concerns
  • Managing investigations for assigned locations
  • Assessing employee work environment and morale.  Provide feedback & coaching to management team as needed while maintaining confidentiality
  • Assessing performance management opportunities and working with the management team on addressing performance management challenges. 
  • Participating and supporting employee engagement activities
  • Identifying, developing and participating in employee development initiatives
  • Provide support for developing and implementing local recruiting strategies, hiring and on-boarding activities
  • Responsible for assisting staff in safety and regulatory compliance
  • Provide human resources assistance, guidance, and support to other locations as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership or Development, Business Administration or related field required
  • Minimum of 8 years or experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
  • Candidates must be comfortable with the 35% travel requirement
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
