Job Summary:

Carlisle Construction Materials Incorporated, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology, has an immediate opening for a temporary Recruitment Coordinator, at its Carlisle, PA location.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to provide recruiting administration and support in support of the business’ hiring needs. 

This position will rely heavily on your ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast paced environment.  You will be part of a team that is responsible for developing and executing our overall recruitment strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling candidate interviews, working directly with candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.  In some cases, scheduling travel for visiting candidates. 
  • Manage written and verbal communication with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  • Source candidates, both active and passive, through recruitment activities such as job postings, resume databases, and marketing. 
  • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status updates in a weekly report
  • Assist with writing and posting job ads
  • Assist with resume and phone screening.
  • Assist with conducting reference checks/
  • Manage candidate records through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in developing and implementing a campus recruiting strategy.  This will include identifying target schools, building relationships on campus, ensuring a strong CCM brand on campus, coordinating and scheduling campus/school visits, and attending career fairs/events.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidates overall experience.
  • Other special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing
  • Strong marketing acumen
  • 1 + years of business experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a quickly changing, fast paced environment
