Job Description

Execute both the strategic and tactical activities within the marketing function. Develop and implement successful marketing communications plans for product launches, industry events, and sales support. Administer the functional tasks and projects within the function to ensure deadlines are met, customer (internal and external needs and deliverables are met, and interface with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.


* Plan, organize, and manage events including trade shows, customer events and supplier conferences
* Track marketing projects and create reports.
* Communicate, plan and meet with internal stakeholders.
* Manage promotional giveaways through the CarlisleIT Store and partner with vendor to launch new items.
* Develop press releases for approval for new product launches, company announcements and program wins. Manage distribution through the appropriate media and external networks.
* Maintain CarlisleIT's social media accounts by regularly updating our profiles and posting new content.
* Manage internal marketing SharePoint site.
* Ensure branding guidelines and standards are followed in all marketing materials and activities.
* Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the CIT website and mobile app.
* Coordinate with outside print vendor to ensure print collateral inventory is kept current.
* Assist with print management negotiation and execution.
* Coordinates marketing and sales communications materials as needed including but not limited to catalogs, press releases, flyers, advertisements.
* Assist with special projects as assigned.

Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree (BA) in Marketing, Business, PR/Journalism from four-year college or university desired; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Must be experienced with PC's using Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel), SharePoint. Graphic design experience desired. Must be self-motivated able to learn company products and markets.
