Job Summary:

Carlisle Construction Materials Incorporated, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology has an immediate opening for a Marketing Automation and Social Media Coordinator in the Creative Services (CCS) department at its Carlisle, PA location.  This position will be responsible for maintaining a marketing database utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM in conjunction with Marketo (marketing automation software) and provide monthly measurement / performance reports.  Additional responsibilities will encompass the development and execution of a social media marketing campaign for CCM’s commercial roofing business.  

Some travel is required.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain lead database in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and Marketo
  • Provide monthly metrics and reports
  • Develop social media editorial calendar
  • Develop content for various social media outlets
  • Execute and post content
  • Project management using ProWorkFlow
  • Provide overall support for marketing staff

Minimum Job Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in communications, or a related field is required, along with 3 or more years of experience in a marketing/social media role.  Candidates must be self-motivated, with strong attention to detail.  Candidates must be proficient with MS Office suite, project management software, and have experience developing social media campaigns.  The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is also required.  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are also required.
