Job Description

As a manufacturer of recycled rubber products, we work hard to keep 4 million tires out of landfills each year.  Join our small, elite team that is responsible for repairing, maintaining and installing a wide variety of equipment that produces recycled rubber products from gym floors to handicap ramps, from playground tiles to truck mats.  

You will be responsible for the maintenance of industrial equipment such as presses, augers, conveyors, mills, shredders, rolling stock and support equipment so a strong skill-set in industrial mechanics is essential. Welding and fabrication experience is a must. Electrical repair skills are a plus. Working independently, being a self-starter and the ability to trouble shoot is important.

 Skills & Requirements

Required Skills Include:

  • Welding: Tig Mig and Stick welding; cutting torch and plasma torch operations
  • Fabrication
  • Hydraulics
  • Pneumatics
  • Plumbing
  • Trouble-shooting and repair of mechanical systems
  • Electrical trouble-shooting and repair skills preferred
  • Forklift and crane experience is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Five years industrial maintenance experience
  • Pre-employment demonstration of welding competence
  • Successful pre-employment background and drug screening
  • LME license preferred

Compensation and Benefits include:

  • 23.00 per hour minimum; $28.00 per hour with millwright card
