SUMMARY
The IT Director, SAP Data & Analytics will define Data Management, Governance & Business Intelligence strategy globally. This role will establish Master Data Governance for multiple ERP systems across the company for the global SAP/ERP transformation program, while establishing the appropriate technology, standards and processes. This role will closely work with ERP transformation team and business stakeholders to setup a platform for future innovation to support Predictive analytics, Robotics Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop an enterprise wide master data management strategy and serve as lead authority on master data governance.
* Develop and Implement policies, guidelines, business definitions, metrics, and standards for managing data.
* Establish and define decision rights and accountability framework to ensure appropriate behavior in the valuation, creation, storage, use, archival and deletion of data.
* Assist Global process owners in defining the business rules to maintain master data quality and manage metadata.
* Establish data stewards and data owners to own data quality across the process streams.
* Define data quality KPI's and metrics related to data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
* Develop and implement a process and solution to regulate and optimize the master data life cycle.
* Establish the data cleansing and conversion strategy from legacy systems to the SAP S4 HANA platform.
* Develop a strategic direction for the development of Enterprise Data Warehouse, analytics systems, dashboards and performance metrics to support the business.
* Establish automated measurement and reporting mechanisms to track operational and financial metrics (KPIs, SLAs etc.)
* Assist process owners to leverage business process rules and analytics to continually improve data quality

This position will have direct reports.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is an air-conditioned facility with many pieces of equipment that produce heat. The following are potential items that may be encountered in home site or in domestic factories during visits: fumes, dust, noise, hazardous/toxic chemicals. Appropriate training is provided and documented based on job placement that complies with OSHA and EPA regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

* Ten years of multiple competency areas of data and analytics delivery including data strategy, data warehousing, business intelligence (BI), data governance, data conversion and integration.
* Experience integrating end to end processes and designing strategic metrics and scorecards.
* Minimum two full lifecycle SAP/ERP implementations with at least one in the manufacturing industry.
* Experience leading a data and/or BI teams in an end-to-end global business process transformation initiative.
* Knowledge of SAP HANA, BODS, Information Steward and Process data mining tools is required.
* Knowledge of S4/HANA SAP Activate methodology and SAP cloud platform is highly desirable.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data science or related fields is required.
* MBA and strong finance skills preferred
