We are looking for an IT Compliance Analyst to join our IT team in Carlisle, PA. 

The IT Compliance Analyst position is responsible for engaging with acquisitions, determining scope of work required to ensure Sarbanes Oxley audit readiness, managing projects to mitigate areas of risk and ensuring ongoing compliance. This position will also be responsible for the completion and coordination of all internal and external audit requests, IT Security and Corporate compliance requests, as well as IT policy and related documentation for assigned divisions. A proven track record with project management as well as excellent communications skills and a positive customer service-oriented attitude are required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current state of Sarbanes Oxley compliance of new and recent acquisitions
  • Manage required initiatives to ensure acquisitions are audit compliant by date required
  • Complete IT audit requests from internal and external auditors
  • Create and maintain all IT policy related documentation. This includes creating a standardized format
  • Coordinate and participate in (where applicable) control deficiency remediation and progress report updates to interested parties
  • Act as an IT liaison with CCM's Accounting Compliance team

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, or related fields preferred.
  • Equivalent experience in a manufacturing company will be considered
  • Two to five years in an audit, IT or financial controls and compliance role desired
  • Experience with SAP (preferred) or other ERP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) software highly desired.
  • Above average skills with Microsoft Office Products including SharePoint
  • Travel required to subsidiary sites, seminars, plants etc. Up to 20% including overnight travel
