Carlisle Construction Materials Incorporated, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology has an opening for an Internal Controls Coordinator in its Carlisle, PA location.  The Coordinator will work with the Corporate Compliance Manager and Internal Audit to support the test of controls, substantive audit process, and will be responsible for monitoring the internal controls for the Company which will require coordination of the ongoing compliance effort with all functional areas of the business.

Financial Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager of Financial Systems and Controls, the Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the Company’s internal control documentation and ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements, including: 

  • Development of risk analysis for financial reporting.
  • Documenting business process narratives.
  • Determining control aspects within key financial business cycles.
  • Maintaining risk and control matrices.
  • Monitoring control processes to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-3 years of Experience; Internship experience accepted.
  • Strong attention to detail required.  
  • Effective communication skills.
