Manage a team to grow and maintain key accounts in conjunction with corporate strategies. Work as a liaison between the customer and operations to ensure Carlisle Interconnect Technology is represented professionally and responsibly in the industry and that our organization meets the expected level of service and quality objectives of the customer.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Sets strong goals and objectives related to delivering outstanding CS and IS, both new business development and key account management. Develops and implements action plans to achieve those objectives. Measures and reports progress against objectives to management on a regular basis.
* Manage sales office responsible for customer support functions including RFQs, demand management and responsiveness to internal and external customer inquiries
* Leads and supports Inside Sales managed New Business Development account growth, exceeding Market growth expectations.
* With Sales Directors, leads and supports teams that jointly manage Inside and Outside Sales customer accounts, exceeding Market growth expectations
* Supports and promotes lean initiatives focused on IS & CS department efficiency improvements.
* Leads, supports and promotes initiatives focused on improving the overall Customer Experience (CX) for the site.
* Leads and promotes Talent Management initiatives, ensuring Talent Development plans are in place for key CS & IS individuals and ensuring overall Talent Management initiatives are executed.
* Working with Ops Director, develops and implements CS & IS Function SCDCI boards, ensures and demonstrates usage.
* Translate customer and employee inquiries into CarlisleIT actions applying strategic logic and problem solving.
* Establish professional and responsive relationships with customers as needed to ensure total customer satisfaction while meeting all business profitability objectives.
* Oversight of large quote packages and makes ethical and responsible pricing decisions.
* Act as a liaison between customer and internal cross functions to ensure all customer expectations are communicated, understood and met throughout the organization in a timely manner.
* Active participant of management team supporting a flexible and responsive business model
* Able and willing to quickly identify issues and drive them to resolutions.
* Develop, measure, and post department metrics. Ensure countermeasures are in place and effective to improve red metrics.
* Develops and Implements processes to ensure strong alignment between Outside Sales (OS) team and IS and CS teams
* Assist account managers in setting sales objectives and forecasts and strive to meet them.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry and accounts.
* Employee development including hiring decisions, timecards, performance reviews, scorecards, development plans, and mentorship.
* Manage factory projects in support of continuous improvement
* Project support of Sales Directors as needed
* Collaborate and align business processes with Inside Sales Managers from all factories.

* Minimum of three years of management experience. Aerospace and/or military & defense Industry or cable assembly business desired.
* Electrical/electronic engineering background a plus.

* Working knowledge of financial reports. Understand margins, inventory turns, costs, profit and loss, etc.
* High energy team player with a sense of urgency to meet internal and external customer expectations.
* Highly motivated. Set and meet high performance standards based on excellence for the benefit of the customer, the individual, team members and internal customers.
* Maintain professional appearance and ethical conduct.
* Has a thorough understanding and operates under CarlisleIT's policies and procedures. Has general working knowledge of the process and procedures that relate to the sales department's "internal customers."
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Computer skills to include MRP systems and Microsoft Office products.
