Job Description

The Global Business Application Manager will provide global application solutions to help Carlisle Fluid Technologies (CFT) meet both tactical and strategic business objectives. This role will work to enhance the Global Business Intelligence platform to allow all users with timely, insightful, accurate and consistent data to drive accountability and support decision making. This leader will also support a Global CRM platform, helping drive continued improvement in user adoption, data quality and automation. Additional applications to be deployed based on business priorities, and this role will be responsible for developing that future implementation strategy.

Essential Functions

• Design and implementation of Birst and Microsoft CRM enhancements across the global CFT organization.
• Day-to-day operational management of the Birst and Microsoft CRM platforms.
• Design and execution of daily, weekly and monthly management reports out of Birst and Microsoft CRM.
• Ownership of all existing and newly acquired BI and CRM solutions. Eliminate redundant applications while moving to a single global instance of Birst and Microsoft CRM.
• Identification and ownership of BI and CRM governance structure managing change requests, upgrades/updates, outage communications, demand /pipeline etc. for global CFT.
• Evaluation of new business management solutions and future global application strategy.
• Partner with Carlisle Corporate on any Global Carlisle BI solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree
• Five years functional/business/system analysis or other relevant experience required
• Hands-on development experience with BI and CRM applications
• Programming experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL)
• Self-motivated, independent, organized, and adaptable when working across multiple functional teams
• Ability to articulate results to all layers of the organization, using business language
• A team player who will collaborate and assist other team members as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience analyzing large data sets and using quantitative and qualitative analysis to draw meaningful and valid insights
• Experience in a global manufacturing company
• M&A experience, specifically with business application integration
