Weare looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Carlisle, PA

The Financial Analyst isresponsible for maximizing returns from customer rebate programs by overseeingthe rebate creation/submission processes, monitoring company and customer performanceagainst rebates, and providing periodic guidance on rebate payments. Thisposition collaborates with Sales (internal & external), Regional Managers, Financeand Customers. The position also works closely with various levels ofLeadership to support ad-hoc strategic initiatives via quantitatively-orienteddata analysis.

The successful candidatewill be a self-starter with sound analytical & problem-solving skills, anda tolerance for ambiguity. This position provides access and visibility to seniormanagement, and therefore requires strong communication skills and the abilityto influence stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Leadership and Regional Managers in creating & updating customer rebate agreements
  • Manage and administer rebate agreements in SAP
  • Periodically track performance of customers and CCM against rebate agreements
  • Create dashboards (in Business Objects & Excel) to communicate rebate progress to various stakeholders within CCM
  • Provide guidance & analysis to Finance, on rebate progress/tracking, during monthly, quarterly and annual rebate processing
  • Engage with Regional Managers and customers to obtain and analyze external sales data
  • Various accounting analysis. 
Job Requirements:

•        Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Marketing, Economics/Finance, Accounting, or related field isrequired

•        2-5 years of experience ina similar role, or Pricing and/or Customer Service

•        Proficiency in MicrosoftExcel

•        SAP or similar ERPexperience is highly preferred. 

•        Hands-on experience insales reporting and generating dashboards across areas such as Sales andPricing

•        Ability to work withminimum supervision while engaging with various levels of Sales leadership, aswell as external customers

•        Results-focused,team-oriented professional with a strong work ethic

•        Able to multi-task andwork in a fast-paced environment

•        Authorized to work in theUnited States without sponsorship
