The Enterprise Applications Manager is responsible for all aspects of Applications strategy, design, development, delivery and Support. This position will also serve as a consultant to all the business functions including engineering, finance, purchasing, manufacturing, sales and shipping functions guiding them on the capabilities of systems to continually improve business operations.

The ideal candidate will reside in either the St. Augustine, FL or Franklin, WI area.

• Develop applications strategy and roadmap in alignment with the business strategy.
• Lead the design and development of application solutions to support current and future business needs.
• Understand the business processes and business strategy for all business areas and deliver SAP ERP solutions to key business processes: record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, plan to produce & integration to key systems such as the MES, CRM and PLM.
• Collaborate with business partners in identifying opportunities to streamline their operations with ERP solutions.
• Understand current business initiatives, technology trends and best practices for value creation.
• Work with the project stakeholders to understand the business outcomes and strategy so that recommended solution options provide the best fit against requirements and budget
• Manage complex projects working closely with the IT PMO function and consistently deliver application projects with a high level of quality and functionality that meets the business user's requirements.
• Lead a team of SAP architects and analysts in the design, build and deployment of business capabilities /projects by leveraging an in-depth understanding of the best practices -- Business processes, data and solution capabilities (SAP and other tools/technologies)
• Provide day-to-day operational oversight to the applications support teams.
• Lead career development and succession management efforts to ensure retention, motivation and engagement of current and future team members.
• Business continuity and disaster planning for business-critical systems, including working with infrastructure and business teams to produce and sustain practical solutions.
• Manage outsourced work, consultants, and other internal/external relationships.
• Coordinate with other IT functions (IT Security, Network Operations, etc.) to perform analysis and design of applications and systems.

There will be direct supervisor responsibilities for this position.
• Direct and support SAP staff at various locations.
• Responsibilities will include training employees; planning, assisting and directing work of others; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Provides ongoing training to applicable staff to develop and encourage their technical and operational performance. Meet with appropriate staff on a timely basis for performance evaluations and goal setting.
• Ensures company standard practices and procedures are followed in connection with all Information Technology department functions.

• Minimum of Ten (10) years of SAP or related experience in various Functional or Technical positions.
• Strong knowledge in multiple SAP modules. Experience of variant configuration is strongly preferred.
• Experience in at least three end-to-end full life cycle SAP ERP implementation projects.
• Demonstrated experience with industry best practices and implementing these into SAP business processes.
• The ability to express complex concepts effectively to the business, yet technical enough to have a detailed review of designs and approaches with technical resources
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple concurrent deliverables of team/SME, developed internal/external relationship, established cross-team partnership. Experience leading large complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement, involving broad-based information systems, utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change.
• Proven management experience, including managing budget, staffing levels & quality metrics.
• Deep project management experience managing large-scale, global implementations. Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities to maintain a balance between day to day operations, projects and strategic development
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
