Job Description

Responsible for developing and testing solutions to solve technical problems in research and development, manufacturing, inspection, and maintenance. Supports engineering projects, engineering changes, and reverse-engineering. Inspects products, conducts tests, and collects data as needed.This role will work with Product Development, R&D, and Operations to ensure new product launch deliverables are met in a timely manner.

• Assist engineers as they create, modify, and test products and processes.
• Inspect products for design conformity and reverse-engineering purposes.
• Conduct tests and collect data for new product launches.
• Assist in product development and production.
• Build and set up equipment.
• Prepare and conduct experiments.
• Calculate or record results during experiments.
• Create prototype tooling and products.
• Utilize computer-aided design and drafting equipment for development of new products and to support changes to existing products.
• Program and run simulations to test designs, processes, and methods of manufacturing.

Technical Degree in in CAD Drawing and Modeling or industrial degree to include, but not limited to Quality and Operations.
Experience in Manufacturing, specifically working cross-functionally to keep R&D projects moving through gated reviews.
Experience with various tooling and drawings, quality analysis, and metallurgical properties and tolerances.
Experience in utilizing drafting software (CAD, AutoCAD, CREO, etc.), as well as quality devices (CMM Programming).
The ability to prioritize and move multiple projects and associated deliverables without unnecessary delay.

Associates degree or commensurate experience: Mechanical or Industrial preferred
Experience/Mastery in Pro-Engineer (CREO) and AutoCAD
Experience with ARAS PLM software
Experience with CMM measurement and programming
