PURPOSE:

Increase sales and profitability for the product line within the global market, while promoting a positive image of the company, products, and brand. Drive global business growth through the cultivation and management of a formal network of all stakeholders in the global market, including direct sales personnel, independent sales rep's and distributors worldwide. Achieve mutual growth and profitability objectives for our customers, representatives, and company.



ACCOUNTABILITY:


• Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic global objectives for the company
• Meet or exceed annual sales revenue goals
• Accountable for the thorough implementation of sales organization-impacting initiatives and reporting
• New and existing account development
• Cultivation of highly-effective global network



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


• Establish, and grow sales network and increase sales and profitability, as well as ensure a positive reputation for the entire company and products.
• Coordinate international sales forecasting, planning, and annual budgeting processes used within the global sales organization. Critically review progress against plan to continuously assess commercial potential, making adjustments as necessary in order to assure acceptable profitability.
• Manage direct current and future departmental hires.
• Monitor sales performance to goal.
• Continually coach and develop the direct sales force.
• Promote the company's brand within the territory. Provide an impactful, positive image of the company and its products. Saturate the global market and act as the face of the company.
• Travel to assess potential market size, needs, existing and potential competitive situations, technical feasibility and other critical success factors. Research, analyze and report industry trends and data that impact business' volume, margins, utilization, and market share. Determine sales strategies to confront the dynamic market and its changes.






• It is expected that the successful candidate will have a strong market presence, and will have built up a track record of successive promotion and recognition over a 10 to 15 year period of professional experience.
