Job Description





Enter orders incoming from Emails, fax and customer's websites. Question and analyze any issues on a customer's order with CSR's. Interact with the shipping dept. for urgent orders. Scan all orders and credits into Docuware system (electronic filing). File all hard copies of PO's and credits.

Keep customer master notes updated in QAD as received from customer.





Specific Duties:


* Input customer orders and changes into order entry system using QAD
* Use customers websites to obtain orders
* Update Customers websites with tracking and PO information
* Question pricing, notes and instructions on orders
* Log all credit memos into SharePoint
* Prepare RMA packets (returns from customers)
* Close out RMA's in QAD
* Prepare export documentation as needed for international accounts.
* Expedite deliveries for customer inquiries and past due.
* Act as "liaison" between plant personnel, product/sales managers and the customer.
* Docuware/PSI Capture (Electronic Scanning of PO's, Credits and Debits)
* Process Credit and Debit Memo's as needed
* Assist with physical inventory -- once/year
* File purchase orders, contracts, quotes, correspondence to support Quality System record retention.
* Knowledge of automotive brakes and brake systems a plus

Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent training and/or experience.




* Minimum of 5 years of data entry and of inside sales, customer service or administrative experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office, Excel proficiency. Experience with QAD operating system is a plus. Diplomatic conflict resolution skills.
