Job Description

Answer incoming phone calls from customers regarding product use and availability. Process customer orders from receipt to completion working with the customer and the manufacturing plants to assure timely delivery of product.

• Input customer orders and changes into order entry system while maintaining order board.

• Assist customers and with pricing, delivery and method of shipment.
• Authorize customer returns and follow-up with plant personnel. Issue credits upon receipt of customer returns.
• Prepare export documentation as needed for international accounts.
• Expedite deliveries for customer inquiries and past due.
• Act as "liaison" between plant personnel, product/sales managers and the customer.
• Enter Customers orders in QAD
• Proficient in Docuware/PSI Capture & CRM.
• Provide forecasts monthly or as required.
• Provide reports as required to sales & marketing personnel.
• Assist with physical inventory.
• Issue Return Authorization Numbers to Customer
• Acknowledge receipt of orders to customers.
• File purchase orders, contracts, quotes, correspondence to support Quality System record retention.
• Knowledge of automotive brakes and brake systems a plus
• Provide Nafta's as required

Minimum of 5 years of inside sales, customer service or administrative experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office, Excel proficiency. Experience with QAD operating system is a plus. Diplomatic conflict resolution skills.
