Customer Financial Services Credit Administrator II

Job Summary:

Carlisle Construction Materials Incorporated, a worldwide leading manufacturer in single-ply roofing and related technology has an immediate opening for a Customer Financial Services Credit Administrator II in its Carlisle, PA location.  This position’s primary function is to support the Customer Financial Services Department in the collections process as well as the day to day maintenance of the accounts in support the sales goals of CCM and its divisions, while minimizing risk of bad debt.  Assist in the evaluation of new and existing customer credit-worthiness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform credit investigations and evaluation of customer risk in order to approve new accounts and assign terms and credit limits within authority.
  • Monitor accounts on a daily basis, review accounts failing credit validation, place orders on hold, release orders, execute collection strategy, document collection activity, coordinate the resolution of customer deductions, reconcile customer accounts, and determine appropriate special credit arrangements within authority.
  • Oversees and elevates any account in the region that may become potential collection issue related to insolvency. 
  • Provides monthly reports to CFS Regional Manager on the condition and health of the A/R for their assigned accounts.
  • Preparation of annual customer account credit reviews in compliance with credit policy.
  • Communicate with field sales and sales management on status of assigned accounts.
  • Assist the CFS Regional Manager in managing SAP complex structure of Customer Master and Credit Master in our ERP system, including credit terms, credit limits, sales groups, sales offices, customer set up, sales organizations, distribution channels, buying groups, parent partners, rebate partners,  etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced training/education in the Credit, Finance, Business Administration, or related business field highly preferred. 
  • At least 3 years of credit or collection experience is preferred.
  • Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Candidates should have multitasking, math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with an ERP system, SAP highly preferred.
  • Previous knowledge of building products and manufacturing scheduling is a plus.  The ability to work in a very fast paced environment is required
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
