General Summary: The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the talent management process for exempt and non-exempt candidates with Hiring Managers specific to lines of business. This will involve full cycle recruiting including screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, employment branding, benefit and culture questions, and the on-boarding process. 

 

Essential Functions:

  • Identify and submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers based on the provided job description
  • Utilize career websites to recruit candidates
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
  • Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources 
  • Manage New Hire tracking system
  • Manage Client Hiring Manager Relationships 
  • Screen, test, and qualify applicants through the use of qualifying interviewing techniques and skill assessment testing 
  • Oversee all aspects of onboarding, including background screening, drug testing, ensuring timely and accurate data entry as necessary, present New Employee Orientation
  • Other HR related duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.    
  • 5 years of recruiting experience required 
  • Experience in manufacturing environment
  • Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes to include: sourcing, screening, behavioral based interviewing and offer negotiations 
  • Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in advanced sourcing and recruiting with a client with a defined process  
  • Excellent service skills related to hiring managers and candidates 
  • Internet experience including job boards, job posting and networking 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to build effective relationships with recruiting team and candidates 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Works effectively and collaboratively in a team environment  
  • Occasional travel required
