Summary

This position coordinates the global consolidations process, ensures the reporting of accurate and reliable financial information, and oversees the maintenance of effective internal controls for Carlisle Fluid Technologies.

Essential Functions


• Ensure timely financial reporting in accordance with the division's monthly closing calendar and reporting deadlines by communicating and coordinating with global Controllers and third-party bookkeepers.
• Oversee and execute the division's consolidations process, including posting of consolidating entries, preparation and distribution of consolidating financials, and preparation and submission of various deliverables required by the Corporate reporting team.
• Perform monthly and quarterly internal controls reviews and on-going internal controls monitoring.
• Help maintain internal control documentation for global business by providing feedback to process owners.
• Perform monthly financial analyses and consult with global Controllers and other key stakeholders to understand financial performance and trends.
• Help coordinate and serve as a key resource for all global financial statement and internal controls audits.
• Contribute to various special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.



Minimum Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• 4-6 years of combined related experience with technical accounting, financial controls, etc. in public accounting and/or industry

Preferred Qualifications


• CPA
• Big 4 public accounting experience
• Exposure to manufacturing industry a plus
