SUMMARY:

The Compliance Supervisor develops, directs, and implements the Carlisle Interconnect Technologies (CIT) Management System to ensure compliance to established standards. Coordinate all activities surrounding quality and environmental management systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100 and other standards as required.





ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage System Improvement Measures and Initiatives.
* Execute, maintain and monitor the management system to AS9100, ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
* Manage the internal audit schedule, perform audits per schedule and report status to upper management.
* Manage the Corrective Action and Preventative Action system (CAPA) to assure actions taken are appropriate, timely and effective.
* Maintain all management system documentation (quality manual, procedures, work instructions, forms and standard work documents) to assure they meet the requirements of the organization while meeting ISO 9001, AS9100 regulatory/statutory requirements, customer standards and other standards as required.
* Serve as the management representative and communicate the status of the performance of the management system to senior management.
* Act as liaison for third-party quality audits on the management system from regulatory agencies and customers.
* Advise other company managers about the management system requirements and established standards.
* Work with the quality manager and other senior management to set strategic direction for quality initiatives.
* Lead efforts to ensure all employees understand CIT's management system.
* Provide technical input for company-wide training program focused on quality subject matter.
* Ensure company standard practices and procedures are followed in connection with all department functions as they relate to the management system.
* Serve as the Export Compliance Coordinator by:

o Overseeing the administration and documentation of export compliance training for all company employees.

o Ensuring internal audits are conducted on the organization's compliance to U.S export/import regulations.

o Coordinating with export compliance supervisor all inquiries concerning exports/imports and related matters.

* Serve as the internal point of contact for customer-driven compliance-related requirements and coordinate actions associated with satisfying those requirements.



SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Supervises employees in Document Control, and Compliance departments.



QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum 3 years quality assurance experience. Desired experience with design of Quality systems, ISO9001 or AS9100 certification and internal auditing.
* ASQ certification preferred.
* Must be flexible and able to function comfortably in fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment.
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
