The Americas Regional Market Manager is a key leadership position for development and execution of profitable growth strategies in collaboration with product management, sales, R&D, manufacturing and marketing communications team members. Within this role, you will employ advanced marketing concepts to define target customer segments and then lead the design and delivery of superior value propositions through multifunctional work teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Market research & insight: perform market assessments, identify new product opportunities
• Strategic planning: develop market plans, marketing campaigns and product launches
• Marketing plan execution: create multifunctional action plans, lead execution to achieve goals
• Price management: analyze and optimize product level pricing
• KPIs & dashboards: define, measure and manage key marketing performance metrics
• Agency management: define projects and manage external agencies to time and cost goals
• Budget management: monitor and manage functional marketing expenses to budget


Requirements

• Track record in the application of industrial marketing skills and tools to deliver sales growth
• Experienced in the use of digital marketing capabilities and CRM
• 7 -- 12 years of industrial (B2B) marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, MBA or further marketing certification desirable
• 20 -- 25% travel on average, ability to travel internationally
• Fluent in English, additional languages desirable
• Office location: Scottsdale, AZ
