Job Description



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of testing equipment and fixtures
* Performs preventative and corrective maintenance of test fixtures and test equipment
* Confers with engineers, supervisor, and technicians to assist with equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
* Perform calibration on test equipment and routine maintenance
* Sets up test equipment to conduct tests on performance and reliability of test equipment and fixtures
* Disassembles and reassembles fixtures, and equipment using hand tools, and inspects fixtures and equipment for defects
* Handle outgoing RMA's for sending out equipment for repairs and calibration
* Received equipment qualification per specifications
* Assists in calibration procedures and documents those procedures
* Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts
* Control and track inventory of all equipment, and fixtures
* Regular and predictable on-site attendance
*Other duties as required in support of the department and the company

* Ability to use precision measuring devices
* Solid documentation, organization and record keeping
* Ability to prioritize and organize tasks daily to meet deadlines
* Must be familiar with Cirris test equipment
* Knowledge of equipment utilized for testing.
* Personal Computer Skills:
* Moderate skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
* Basic skills using Microsoft Access and Outlook
* Knowledge of purchase requisition systems (SAP)
* Excellent communication skills in both written and oral form.
* Ability to work under pressure in meeting time schedules.

EXPERIENCE
* High school diploma or equivalent, and 0-3 years of experience in a related manufacturing environment. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must maintain industry certifications as applicable to position and value stream that is supported. Including but not limited to; IPC-WHMA-A-620, IPC-JSTD-001, IPC-610, IPC-600 and NASA 8739 LANGUAGE SKILLS
