Summary

This position serves as a trusted Center of Excellence partner to leaders, managers, and team members in, supporting business strategic objectives and relationships.

Essential Functions


• Design and develop innovative and high affect talent management programs and processes to improve the depth and diverseness of all levels of the organization
• Provides consultation on all phases of talent management such as succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, and selection processes
• Partners with client groups to assess development needs, performing gap analysis, designing and leading programs that build people management and leadership skills and capabilities
• Complete organizational assessments and identify needed solutions including organizational design (e.g., structure, roles, communication plan, etc.)
• Performs all other assigned duties



Minimum Qualification


• Bachelors in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Business, or related field
• 8+ years related experience managing and administering training and development programs, policies and processes
• experience working with a global firm
• Experience with planning, creating, implementing and/or managing high-potential and leadership programs

Preferred Qualification


• MBA
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Executive-level presentation skills / facilitation skills
