Job Description

Carlisle Fluid Technologies is seeking an experienced Spray Foam Field Specialist to provide technical assistance to our customers and distributors for spray foam equipment and applications. They will work with our engineering, sales, and marketing staff to support the sale of spray foam equipment. Travel is a requirement of up to 75% of time. The position will work remotely.

Primary Responsibilities

• Providing technical support and product demonstrations to customers and distributors for spray foam equipment
• Technical training delivery and support for spray technologies
• Training content development and presentation materials creation
• Operate and transport mobile spray foam equipment demonstrations

• Collaborate with and support CFT Sales and Product Development in the Spray Foam Markets
• Support Field Testing of equipment in development in lab and in field applications
• Work with CFT Teams on market development and market expansion projects
• Work with spray foam material manufacturers to ensure the performance of CFT equipment
• Assisting other technical staff as needed with special projects
• Training and educating spray foam customers and CFT Foam personnel on a national basis
• Demonstrating technical selling skills and product knowledge
• Identifying and building an effective network in the building envelope community
• Utilizing CRM to maintain records of training and prospecting activities


• 5 years' experience with installation and troubleshooting of spray foam insulation
• 3+ years' experience in technical service, sales, repairs of spray foam equipment
• Strong knowledge of spray foam insulation, roofing applications, Fast Set Coatings, materials, processes and manufacturers
• Knowledge in troubleshooting Fast Set materials and spray foam installation problems

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be comfortable and proficient in public speaking in a class room style training

• Bachelor's degree
• Proper CDL license and experience to drive mobile spray demonstration vehicle

• Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred
