Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst for Carlisle Fluid Technologies ("CFT") will drive global financial planning and analysis to support continued growth, profitability and productivity performance across the entire business. The role responsibilities will span across global FP&A and commercial finance and will provide financial support to CFT's executive team.

Essential Functions
• Partner with global functional leaders in product management, marketing, R&D, sales and operations to provide financial analytics.
• Support Americas commercial organization by managing and distributing monthly reporting. Streamline current processes and establish new commercial reporting to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with global business development teams by supporting new product business case development and financial modeling. Track and report performance of past product launches.
• Responsible for maintaining and distributing all weekly and monthly standard management reports.
• Support the annual operating plan and monthly forecast processes to analyze financial impact of operational decisions, to project profitability and to assist in forming the business strategy.
• Work with functional leaders to develop and track key performance indicators.
• Provide business case support for capital projects.
• Manage Corporate monthly and quarterly financial reporting requirements.
• Drive global standardization and simplification of financial processes leveraging key management reporting tools (Essbase, Global Business Intelligence, CRM).
• Provide coaching and training on key financial concepts across CFT team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• Greater than 5 years of related experience in finance/accounting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
• Proven track record of process improvement and change management
• Demonstrated interpretative and analytical skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization to resolve issues
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
• Experience using HFM and/or Essbase (or comparable financial reporting tools)
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
