SUMMARY The SAP Supply Chain Analyst will perform process analysis, solutions design, system configuration and support across multiple platforms and/or cross-functional areas in a fast paced global environment. This individual will work closely with the business users, other IT resources and consultants to meet required objectives. The candidate will be responsible for providing leadership as well as hands on experience for implementing "best practice" processes in the MM & WM modules of SAP. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Develop and deliver SAP MM/WM applications solutions to fulfill business requirements. Researches, analyzes, designs, identifies and facilitates process improvements that focus on providing standard SAP functionality to meet business requirements wherever possible Deliver project deliverables including blue prints, functional specifications, system configuration, test, training and go-live support. May lead fit/gap workshops and present system solution alternatives to business leaders and/or process owners. Assume the role of IT project leader, on small to medium initiatives, including technical upgrades. Review application code, documentation, architecture and development methods for quality and adherence to standards. Perform daily support of user activity including maintenance and configuration of existing systems. Perform 24X7 on-call applications support responsibilities when needed. Perform application changes as required to fulfill business requirements and in compliance with SOX and segregation of duties policies. Facilitate the execution of user acceptance testing by business users. Works with and empowers the super users in the WM and MM modules. Ensure change management records are adequately documented. Apply the standard application development methodology and assist in implementing sound practices within the development team. Continually seeks self-education to acquire deeper and wider knowledge in the area of expertise. WORK ENVIRONMENT Work is performed in a normal office environment with minimal physical risks involved. The noise level is usually low to moderate. Occasionally the job may require that time in the production areas, which require OSHA safety standards and PPE requirements. QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE


* Minimum of five (5) years of SAP or related experience in various technical or analytical positions.
* Minimum of three (3) years of SAP MM and two (2) years of SAP WM functional configuration experience.
* Demonstrated experience with industry best practices and implementing these into SAP business processes.
* Experience in at least two end to end full life cycle SAP implementation projects.
* Working knowledge of other SAP functional areas such as PP, FI/CO, SD, QM.
* Experience in ABAP debugging, RF and EDI a plus.
* Experience with SAP Query and Report Writer preferable.
* Demonstrated understanding and application of the functional and technical aspects of the analysis and design process and its associated documentation (ie. Functional/technical specifications, test plans)
* Ability to travel an average 30-50%.
* Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or equivalent experience required.



CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Preference given for SAP, APICS, or other relevant certifications.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Ability to understand Spanish or Mandarin a plus. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

JOB SKILLS


* Clear understanding of Warehouse Management processes and Procure to Pay processes in SAP and integration to other functions.
* Deep understanding of integrated WM with HU management, RF scanning, batch management, serialization
* Proficiency with LSMW and mass conversation tools.
* Project Management skills
* Process Improvement and the ability to understand business challenges and have the ability to translate into solutions
* Capability to quickly acquire in-depth understanding of processes.
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with business and IT globally
* Should have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Need to have strong documentation skills, ability to help train internal end-users in functionality
* Configuration of SAP WM, MM, raw material forecasting and MRP with some knowledge of FICO, PP, SD and QM integration points.
* Experience working with SOX compliant company
