Job Description

* Perform product tests, record results and report these results in a manor appropriate for the tests being conducted. These tests will be performed on both new products as well as products that have been returned from the field.
• Troubleshoot and repair units returned from the field and assist in determining the root cause of failures.
• Responsible for processing the appropriate AS400 transactions related to receiving and routing products for service or exchange.
• Responsible for the creation and fulfillment of Work Order processes related to any house-serviced product.
• Responsible to provide reports on product inspections, testing and servicing.
• Manage and maintain our fleet of demo equipment. This included preparing the equipment for shipment and inspecting repairing the equipment as required upon the return from customer locations.
• Enter parts service orders into the system.
• Provide the required back-up on the management of our demo equipment. This includes the ability to ship, track and process the returns of this equipment to our customers and representatives.
• Generate and report various department metrics from the AS400 service data base as required
• Ability to provide data entry into the AS400 for parts, agent, and supplier set-ups as well as service agent PO creation.




• High School Diploma
• Proficient Computer Skills, including MS Office suite
• Ability to solve problems and exercise creativity to develop and implement practical solutions
• Ability to evaluate work and exercise judgment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. on an intermittent basis
• Must have experience in troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Must be highly motivated and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to read prints and follow assembly instruction.
• Must be able to effectively work in an environment requiring repetitive job responsibilities.
• Ability to focus on safety and quality is extremely important.
