SUMMARY
The job of a Product Management Coordinator is to support product managers with daily tasks requiring interface and follow-up with both internal and external customers. Assisting the Product Manager to gather all the resources required for the completion of a project by utilizing the available resources or obtaining new ones.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Customer support on day to day questions pertaining to the status of work, quotes, etc. Mostly non-technical type questions.
* Sales support during the new product/project development and introductory phase. Once in production, training is provided to sales and the product is considered a standard catalog product this effort is turned over to Customer Service and the Sales Application Engineer.

* Document Sourcing:

* Coordinate and provide needed new product introduction literature.
* Coordinate and provide needed PowerPoint presentations for customer visits.
* Coordinate and provide required design development documents to sales for customer.
* Data mining.
* Parts issues for customer expedites.
* Providing new product status and information.
* Provide general support to sales assisting in quote development.
* Provide Product Manager support with:

* Research as needed for product planning.
* Support prototype and sales sample generation.
* Coordination with Project Managers and Product Development Engineering (PDE).
* Development of new product introductory presentations and material.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Work is performed in a normal office environment with minimal physical risks involved. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate. Occasionally the job may require that you enter the production area, which you will need to maintain OSHA safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field with a focus on product or business development management.
* 2-4 years of hands-on experience in product management role or similar function.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

JOB SKILLS

* Exceptional organization skills, detail-oriented approach and thorough in completing tasks with speed.
* Ability to work professionally and effectively on the telephone, through email and through written correspondence on a PC and on the Carlisle Interconnect Technologies operating systems.
* The ability to multi-task, be a team player, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent computer skills with MS programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
* Experience with MRP systems.
* The ability to work overtime and flexible hours as required to satisfy customer needs.
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
* Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
* Customer service skills an asset.
