SUMMARY

Under general direction of the Master Data Team Lead, the Master Data Administrator is responsible for the oversight and coordination of Material Master Creation and Revision of SAP data entry.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

* Gathers documentation packages from multiple sources, and prepares each package for data entry into SAP system software
* Creation of new part Material Master data within the SAP system software
* Enter changes initiated through change notifications within Material Masters in the SAP system software
* Coordinates Mass updates within the Material Masters in the SAP system software
* Upon request, provides detailed data extraction from SAP for various departments

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Carlisle IT Franklin is a clean facility housing different kinds of machinery, equipment, processes and chemicals which produce potential hazards in the work environment such as: ergonomic, chemical, machine point of operation, and powered industrial vehicle traffic. These hazards are controlled through means of engineering controls, such as machine guarding, and administrative controls, such as safety policies and programs. In certain areas of the facility, employees are required to wear Personal Protective equipment such as Hearing Protection, Safety Glasses, Safety Toe Shoes, and hand protection.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years of relevant experience within an ISO controlled and/or government regulated environment
* Outstanding organizational skills and experience with managing multiple deadlines at once
* Proficient in communicating information to individuals and groups in both written and presentation form
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, and is able to use SAP system software & associated software efficiently
* Strong desire to work in a team made up of a cross functional group of individuals
* Self-starter



LANGUAGE SKILLS

* Must have a working comprehension of the English language complimented with workplace levels of grammar, composition, oral and written communication skills
