Assists supervisors with the training and development of team members ensuring the maximum and efficient utilization of personnel, equipment, and facilities in order to positively impact performance metrics.


* Assists in the training and development of assemblers and operators.
* Completes paperwork clearly and accurately
* Assists with first article and/or NPI assemblies as needed
* Demonstrates a high level of creativity; continuously looks for ways to improve and increase quality and efficiency through the use of the Carlisle Operating System
* Provides back-up for supervisors as needed
* Interfaces with engineers as required
* Maintains and posts performance measures for SQDCI Metrics in line with the Carlisle Operating System
* Is familiar with all factory safety procedures and guidelines

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1 year related experience preferred
* Satisfy Machine Operator 1, Mechanical Assembler II, or Electrical Assembler II requirements
* Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions, read blueprints, drawings and schematics
* Must have an excellent working comprehension of the English language complimented with workplace levels of grammar, composition, oral and written communication skill
* Demonstrates good judgment and decision making skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* SAP and Windchill knowledge preferred
* Ability to understand and apply lean concepts
