Job Summary:

We are looking for a Leadership Development Manager to join our Organization Development team in Carlise, PA  

The primary purpose of this position is to develop, implement and support a global talent strategy. This position will work collaboratively with the HR team and business leaders across the organization to enhance the capabilities of the workforce.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Takes a proactive approach to conduct needs assessments by evaluating knowledge, skill levels and organizational situations to determine performance gaps and appropriate training and development solutions.
  • Develop and maintain competency frameworks and models, providing development tools for each competency.
  • Design, develop, facilitate and manage leadership development initiatives and programs that support the strategic direction of the organization and align with leadership competencies
  • Some travel required 25%


Job Requirements:

  • Four-year degree required, preferably in training and education, human resources, or business administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years direct experience developing, delivering, and managing training programs for all levels with a focus on leadership and competency development.
  • E- Learning design or development experience preferred.
  • Experience with building relationships with and working with colleagues and business leaders preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of people management or project management experience preferred.
