ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

* Maintain inspection stamp log
* Prepare Customer NCR when parts are returned from the customers
* Complete customer Survey's or NAFTA certifications
* Perform internal audits as internal audit teams
* Order supplies for QC department
* Control Quality procedures/documents
* Create form, log, etc. for QC department when needed
* Manage scanning of the QC documents (Reports, routings, certs, etc.)
* Create monthly inspection reports/charts as needed
* Generate & Distribute monthly Europe & RIV inspection report and CT scrap reports
* Help with special projects as directed by QC manager
* Create cold heading FA/inspection forms for new parts and revise old ones if needed
* To cover for shipping inspection if needed.
* Verify Raw material certifications against the material specification
* To retrieve quality documents (cert, routing, test reports, etc) when needed
* Populates collected KPI's metrics and COS metrics

Physical Demands:

* This position uses a computer terminal to access, input, and retrieve data.
* This position may be subject to frequent or occasional interruptions that may cause a change in immediate priorities and/or work focus.
* While performing duties of this position, employee may be required to sit for extended periods of time and is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, reach, and/or bend.
* Must be able to lift and/or move files or boxes weighing up to 40 pounds on a regular/daily basis.
* May be subjected to occasional irregular or extended work hours.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED and one to two years' experience preferred. General knowledge of IPC-A610.

Certificates and Licenses: No licenses or certifications required.

Computer Skills: Proficiency with computer usage especially Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook; accurate typing, 10-key and data entry skills.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manuals; write simple and routine business reports; verbally communicate effectively in a professional manner.



Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

The work is typically performed in an office environment and manufacturing facility, with a moderate noise level which includes some chemical exposure that is typical for a circuit production environment. Some travel, including overnight travel may be required.
