Summary:

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic and fast paced team supporting two large manufacturing environments as a trusted Human Resources advisor in Sparta, Wisconsin? If you have what it takes, we are looking for you! Carlisle FoodService Products is seeking to hire a Manager of Human Resources reporting to the Sr. HR Business Consultant-Director Level, with a dotted line to the Plant Manager. Based in our Sparta Wisconsin plant, this position will serve as the key human resources business partner for our Sparta manufacturing plant.

Essential Duties:



Will provide advice and counsel to assigned employee groups and the leadership in: employee relations, change management, employee engagement, performance management, career development and compensation management.

Will ensure leadership and employees are informed of the HR policies and practices, programs and proposed changes that affect employees and/or operational effectiveness, utilizing excellent communication skills which are critical for this role.

Will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain diverse talent as well support rationalization initiatives to achieve business objectives.

This position will require excellent analytical skills as well people development skills and will support our leadership in all facets of developing appropriate human resources plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to implement appropriate change management plans as required.



Must be able to drive continuous improvement and lean activities to improve organizational effectiveness.

Will drive recruiting efforts and have all positions filled in alignment with expected Time To Fill (TTF) metrics utilizing creative talent attraction strategies.





Education Required:



The minimum educational requirements or equivalent combination of education and experience required for internal and external candidates. Required certifications and/or professional credentials are also included.


• Bachelor's Degree in related field Required or equivalent




• HR Certification preferred (PHR or equivalent)
