Job Summary:

Carlisle Construction Materials, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology, has an immediate opening for an Human Resources Administrator based out of its Wylie, TX facility. The Human Resources Administrator will support both the Wylie, TX and Terrell, TX locations and will perform the administrative duties within HR Departments and will assist in new hire training, payroll and orientations.   

Travel Requirement: 30%

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer HR policies/procedures and address related questions or concerns.
  • Assist with employment-related activities such as recruiting, employee onboarding, administering employee benefits, exit interviews, and unemployment claims.
  • Administer payroll, including time and attendance system.
  • Maintain personnel files & other employment-related records.
  • Responsible for facilitating HR assistance and guidance to supervisors/managers and employees.
  • Assist with the coordination of other plant activities.

Minimum Job Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.  Experience with employee onboarding, administering benefits and payroll is strongly preferred.  Strong verbal and written communication skills and multitasking abilities is required. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word & Excel.
