Job Description

The Financial Analyst position will ensure that accurate and reliable financial information is reported for Carlisle Fluid Technologies. These duties include budget analysis, financial reporting, and maintaining the internal controls system. The position will be located in Scottsdale, AZ and will report to the Controller.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting of sales, cost, margin, backlog, and other key financial indicators.
• Perform monthly transmission of financial results for consolidation.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of financial results.
• Provide assistance with cost and trend analysis for development of annual operating plan and long range plans.
• Perform monthly budget variance analysis and consult with department heads to understand and manage expenses.
• Maintain internal controls documentation.
• Perform monthly and quarterly internal controls reviews and on-going internal controls monitoring providing feedback to process owners.
• Lead annual financial controls audit.
• Assist in gathering information for audits or examinations.
• This position will be involved in several key projects each year.

• Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least 3 years' experience in financial controls or a CPA.
