ility: The emphasis of this position is to provide support and service to CBF customers, dealers and distributors to get the Voice of the Customer in order to better serve them.

Specific Duties:

• Provide hands on Technical support to dealers, distributors and customers
• Visit customer locations and help troubleshoot and solve issues
• Conduct Field testing
• Assist in the creation of technical documents such as publications, training manuals, etc.
• Conduct Product training to end users at Dealers/Distributors

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR equivalent work experience

Experience: 5-10 years of Field Service or Dealership experience

Experience providing hands on technical support to heavy equipment manufacturers in the Mining and Construction industries

Experience with repairing and replacing brakes and braking systems, someone who is hands on

Strong analytical and organization skills

Ideal candidate will know how to use and operate heavy equipment such as Wheel Loaders, Backhoes, etc.

Ability to travel up to 75% to customer locations in the US
