Job Description
Utilize engineering principles, processes, and methods to satisfy project objectives related to manufacturing support and development of aerospace data bus, high frequency, and fiber optic cables.


Essential Job Functions

* Assist with development of new products/processes.
* Work with team for support and implementation of data acquisition systems.
* Analyze process variations and develop solutions leading to the implementation of corrective action.

Requirements

* Currently enrolled in engineering program.
* Experience with data acquisition hardware and software preferred.
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
* Experience with CAD software preferred.


Work Environment

* Combination of laboratory and manufacturing floor environment. Casual dress code, safety eye and footwear required in designated factory locations.
* Collaborative effort with team of electrical and mechanical engineers and engineering technicians.

* Collaborative effort with peers, employees, and managers of electrical and mechanical engineers and engineering technicians.
* Appropriate training is provided that complies with OSHA and EPA regulations.


Basic Qualifications

* U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S.
* Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
