SUMMARY
Global Business Process Owner (GPO) is accountable for establishing end-to-end business processes. This role will drive the key business outcomes defined in the CIT Vision 2025 business strategy. GPO will work with stakeholders at all levels including SAP Functional Analysts to drive process standardization, process re-engineering and strive to minimize customization by leveraging SAP best practice processes and best-in-class industry practices. This is a Director level position reporting to the Business Process Transformation Director. The Order to Cash GPO is primarily responsible to drive standardization and optimization of Lead to Cash processes (including lead, quote, customer contracts, order management, shipping, credit/dispute/collections management and receivable at the enterprise level.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* The Global Business Process Owners is responsible for optimizing end-to-end business process and establishing metrics to track process performance.
* Understand the overall enterprise business strategy and responsible for building the business case.
* Work with the executive sponsor and business process consultants to define the future state and drive transformational process improvement.
* Ensure that awareness of process improvement opportunities is created by conducting internal stakeholder analysis; industry best-practice analysis; and strength, weakness, opportunity and threat (SWOT) analysis.
* Build consensus among a diverse group of process stakeholders. Facilitate resolutions to the challenges that arise from processes that span across business functions and geographic areas of CIT.
* Support business process governance to ensure that the right decisions and actions are taken to enhance business performance and process changes are prioritized according to business needs.
* Identify current-state baselines and establish target future state performance metrics at the process and subprocess level.
* Work closely with the project management office to ensure that projects stay on target, on scope, on cost and on time.
* Leads team of direct and indirect reports.
* Plan and facilitate meetings and making formal presentations to SLT.
* Maintains the design integrity of SAP Global Template for the process area.

There are no supervisor responsibilities for this position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is an air-conditioned facility with many pieces of equipment that produce heat. The following are potential items that may be encountered in home site or in domestic factories during visits: fumes, dust, noise, hazardous/toxic chemicals. Appropriate training is provided and documented based on job placement that complies with OSHA and EPA regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor of science degree in engineering or a related discipline.
* MBA and strong finance skills preferred.
* Seven years in management consulting (or similar experience) focused on strategic process alignment.
* Ten years of practical management experience (profit-and-loss management preferred).
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

* Have excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills.
* Proven track record of building strong relationships and forming coalitions with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Have authority and influence to propose changes to the end-to-end process.
* Familiarity with balancing cross-functional business initiatives
* Strong understanding of organizational structure and culture.
* Ability to negotiate and drive decisions where organizations benefits supersede functional benefits.
* Ability to function effectively in a matrix organization and virtual teams.
* Experience with change management and adoption methods
* Experience and certification in Six Sigma, Lean or related methodologies
* Good understanding of SAP system capabilities and latest industry trends within the process area.
