TECHNICAL COORDINATOR

Job Summary:

Carlisle Construction Materials, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology has an immediate opening for a Technical Coordinator, at its Carlisle, PA location.  This position’s primary responsibility is to assist field personnel from job scheduling through warranty close-outs and to manage the paperwork requirements to support it. These tasks involve the scheduling of paperwork, and the disposition of said paperwork, once returned from the field. The Technical Coordinator will also process incoming and outgoing inspection paperwork from Applicators/Contractors and assist them with job submittals to include roof plan uploads. In addition, this position will reconcile weekly activity and itineraries, as well as monitor field reports regarding assigned jobs.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing inspection paperwork. Includes scheduling of inspection paperwork,   maintaining activity database.
  • Assist customers with navigating Carlisle/Versico websites
  • Answer telephones including toll free ACD lines.  Process customer requests on project status, etc. 
  • DocuWare Administration
  • Maintenance of job files to include closing out completed projects
  • Process warranty transfers
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Candidates must have a minimum of three years of administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is required
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
